What is the most successful boxing style ?

I keep hearing the most successful Boxing style is the out boxing style due Boxers like Mayweather and Ali and Uysk being great using it not to mention Stevenson being successful with it as well. Any evidence of this being true or false ?

Its hit and dont get hit.

There are some things that probably help a lot with judges.

If you slip punches rather than block them on the guard, its more impressive visually and showing the punch didnt even touch you probably helps.

landing very cleanly also helps. if the shot is partially blocked but doing damage judges probably see it as more an accumulation thing or count it as being blocked

body shots probably arent rated as highly as head shots, more of an accumulation thing

jabs are good scoring punches but if it becomes your main punch like a winky wright, judges might get swayed by a few power shots landing on you even if you landed a million jabs

just plain being the busier fighter helps, even if neither is landing much whomever is on the chase and looks more active will get that round. ineffective aggression probably is nearly as good as effective aggression

The most successful is winning, it's not the style, it's how well the guy is using it.

Sword and shield. You'd recognize it as high guard hit me I hit you back harder, Mexican Style, boxing.

Second would be rapier and dagger, anything points based, hit and don't be hit back, boxing is rooted in rapier and dagger.

Nothing to do with effectiveness, that changes per rules, equipment, etc. Sword and Shield boxing is the first version of the sport. It's still here and still produces champions. Rapier and Dagger doesn't even exist until the renaissance. The rules we use currently favor rapier a bit with a scheduled end but it's only a bit. Most boxers are a blend. Anything that works for them.
