Mosley and cotto are the best welterweights

Mosley beat margarito but cotto beat mosley..IMO cotto could be the best welterweight in the world cause he lost to margarito but i think that margarito cheated with the plaster. The fight that needs to be made is mosley vs cotto 2 cause in the first fight mosley fought the wrong fight with cotto and he could make some adjustments and could maybe even give cotto more problems in rematch. And with cotto just beating clottey hes proven to be top three of the welterweight division by the way went cotto beats paquiao then maybe they will consider him as the best pound for pound ...mayweather is not even top ten yet cause he has not fought and beat a top ten welterweight since he retired so i dont wanna hear **** about mayweather being the best welterweight....hes the best at catch weight... by the way mosley is my favorite fighter and then cotto

If Cotto beatz Pacquiao Ts I think we will see Cotto-Mosley II.I'd favor Cotto again though Mosley isn't gettin any younger,and Cotto's Jab iz a dangerous weapon.Mayweather has the talent to be top dog at Ww imo,but I agree if you dont fight the elite Ww's,then one can make the case that he isn't the best Ww right now

I think Cotto does better against marg in a rematch because to be honest he was just not taking him seriously when training, he was salivating for the possible Oscar matchup and not training like he should. I think in the future cotto does better and since he noticed that Margarito can be taken out with the right type of offense i think he can pull it off.

Not in this case, No one proven anything as much as i think Margarito did use plaster wrap not just for cotto but cintron, williams and clottey etc No one proven anything...So common sense meant nothing in this case.
