Remember watching Ruben on his rise up through the ranks. Very skilled boxer but little to know power to speak of. Had some decent wins (I think he beat Venado if memory serves me right). His problem was his lack of power at certain levels required home to fight perfect fights to win. He outboxed Navarrete for the majority of their fight but every time he lost focus and had a defensive lapse, he got dropped. Wherever his path takes him I wish Ruben luck.

Yup, came to say the same thing. He is a skilled fighter but has no pop in his punches to compete at the highest level.

The Segawa loss is a big set back. Segawa was predictable and slow, Villa looked like he lost some reflexes and a sharpness in that fight.

Villa should hold his head high cause the guy just defeated Carrington as well as him.
