    Itauma vs McKean

Missed this yesterday while working on a project for my business, but was hearing of some good smoke on the kid (I've seen maybe two of his fights but they didn't leave much of an impression). Anyway, just caught the replay. Not that McKean is this glorious roadblock to overcome; I mean, Itauma dropped him twice with the same shot answering the same mistake, but his speed floored me. A heavyweight with that kind of zip could develop into a terror later down the road. And he's only nineteen.

I won't sleep on this kid's next fight. Hopefully it's against a much better opponent next time.

Still a lot of questions that remain but he has the fastest hands for a HW I've ever seen.
These big oafs just can not see the shots coming.

It was a good step up, Mckean record was 22 wins in 23 fights just the 1 loss vs Hrgovic. We are in a social media era so opponents are more scrutinised, look at M Tysons first 20 opponents and other past heavyweights. These day people want pros to go in fighting top 10s within 10 fights at 19 yrs of age

I'm pretty high on Ituama but that shot was looped behind the Aussie's head.

I agree with this, and don't consider McKean a bum or anything (certainly not); I just hope they progress this kid instead of matching him against the same style over and over (cough, Torres).

He is what people thought that young Mike Tyson was. He mops the floor with Usyk now. Nash out - His Excellency
