He doesn't want any smoke, he has an incompetent team, telling him he is a legend whilst never fighting any decent competition, only Karens.

This clown needs to fight somebody with a pulse first. He keeps fighting bums and recycled tomato cans

I don't think he's going to get any of the current crop of 147 belt holders into the ring. Well, maybe Stanionis. But he's squandering his prime. He fights too infrequently. He can't expand his fan base and therefore commercial leverage to entice other promotional camps. At 154, there seems to be a better opportunity of making a marquis fight against a hungrier athlete. I want a more pro-active schedule, more exposure, less waiting. This IBF mando does nothing for him. Keeping their 147 belt won't get him a big fight since sanctioning bodies have mutually exclusive rankings. So much talent wasted. Disappointing how his career has unfolded so far.

Haymon would rather have his fighters never fight then take the risk of losing to ennis.

He might as well move up now , nobody at 47 is going to sack up and fight him to Unify , to their eternal shame. If I was him I'd find a way to fight at 54 but keep that belt at 47 just so none of the other guys who wouldn't fight can't get it .

Yeah , you pretty much summed it up perfectly , there's definitely a much better chance of getting that marquee fight at 154 , everyone at 147 has made it really clear that they won't fight Ennis. They ought to be ashamed of themselves , they're supposed to be fighters , calling themselves Champions but won't attempt to unify. If you call yourself Champion in a division, how can you tolerate someone else calling themselves Champion of that same division ? Man , that's fighting words , or at least it ought to be. Ennis should show up at Barrios next fight , go in the ring after , bltch slap him and take his belt. Then do that to Stannionis and Norman too.

This. Which is why I refuse to call any of them a "champion" and instead consider them "belt holders" only. Especially since each weight can have regular, interm, and super champions: a farce.
