Close fight that I thought was either a draw or narrow Bivol victory. My complaint is the one judge giving beterbiev 8rds-4. I didn’t see that fight. I definitely want to see a rematch.

Bivol definitely landed more cleaner, harder punches throughout the fight but slowed down in the championship rounds whereas Beterbiev was the busier fighter who constantly walked him down which PROBABLY won him the fight.

Thanks man. I'm a huge Beterbiev fan, and I thought he would KO Bivol. But TBH...Bivol looked really great, and I wonder if Beterbiev got an "Allah Akbar" decision.

Yet before I could post this, I'm looking at Bivol's face, and maybe there's an argument that that face lost a fight.

I kept saying weeks ago that I change my pick to Beterbiev after the Benavidez-Gvozdyk fight because at that moment I realized Beterbiev was a bigger monster than I thought. I picked AB to win by KO but anyways, I got it right.

And now, who says Beterbiev doesn't have skills? In this fight he basically measured his boxing skills against a top P4P 5 guy who is one of the most respected technicians in the game today.

Bivol won that, almost nobody has Beterbiev winning

Officially he did, so you can technically say your prediction was right but really it wasn't the story of what happened
