Probably some gang shlt. I'm all for civil liberties and shlt , but gang membership ought to be illegal by itself. I understand the arguments against my idea , but when is enough enough ? His mother said he was not a gang member or troublemaker, so I wonder what the motive was then. Or if the mother, like some mothers, just didn’t know her son as much as she thought.
