On pure ability, I don't actually rate Canelo Alvarez higher than fighters such as Joe Calzage, Carl Froch, Chris Eubank Junior, James Toney, Roy Jones Junior, Bernard Hopkins i.e as a Middle Weight fighter.

Canelo Alvarez has been fortunate, that he has competed in a era of boxing 'Were the 168 pound, Super Middle Weight Divisions in terms of talant, have been way below par'.

It is quite simply, if you was to go through Canelo Alvarez's entire resume 'And match past great Super Middle Weight Fighters, against all the fighters he has beaten. Then most of those fighters would not only beat those fighters on Alvarez's resume, they would achieve such a feat in more impressive and brutal fashion in my opinion'.

Seriously? What would a fight between Amir Khan and Carl Froch look like? How do you people believe the action of the fight would play out ? Amir Khan skill for skill was a great fighter, and I actually believe he is more talented than Froch in many area's. But Amir Khan would of beaten brutally beaten up and knocked out'.

Note: Amir Khan before he was knocked out by Canelo Alvarez, was clearly out boxing Alvarez 'Canelo Alvarez skill for skill, and in terms of athletic ability did not seem to have a antidote for the level of Amir Khan's game'.

Unfortunately, Amir Khan similar to Tyson Fury 'Is a fighter who always produced unforced errors, and makes technical mistakes in his fights. Fighters such as Tyson Fury and Amir Khan no matter how great they are as boxers, historically have always produced moments of complete technical calamity in their fights'.

Canelo Alvarez's experience and timing, won him the fight vs Amir Khan 'I honestly don't think he has a real answer acutely in the moment, to out box Amir Khan. Alvarez understood, that he just needed to be patience, and eventually Amir Khan would start to produce unforced errors. Then BOOM, Canelo Alvarez would be able to land with his power'.

To conclude: Without a shadow of a doubt, Canelo Alvarez has been the best Super Middle Weight fighter of his generation 'But I personally skill for skill, and in terms of raw ability. I don't rate this entire Middle to Super Middle Weight Divisions very highly, when you compare them fighter vs fighter with past boxing era's'.

I have stated in my past posts, that there is no way Canelo Alvarez would of been able to yo yo up and down the weight classes in past boxing era's 'And win so many World titles, because in each weight division, the competitive landscape and terrain would of just been too brutal for those type of behaviours. Especially for a fighter with his level of game'.

Canelo Alvarez can only beat and compete against the fighters in his era, and nobody can deny 'That he has achieved that specific feat, 95% of the time during his career'.

But for people who analyse the sport, past a surface level and respect and value boxing history 'Those analyst will be aware that stylistically, there are multiple fighters that have competed in past boxing era's, that would of been very difficult fights for Canelo Alvarez'.

I would back both Roy Jones Junior and Bernard Hopkins, at their peak or in solid form 'To have the ability to win almost 95% of the rounds vs Canleo Alvarez. There would be high likely hood that Canelo Alvarez would not win a single round vs ether of those two great fighters, stylistically they are formidable fighters for Canelo Alvarez. They have the attribute's in their game, which Canelo Alvarez even still at this stage of his career he has never won a fight? When he has encountered skill for skill and athletically a similar type of boxing game that Roy Jones Junior and Bernard Hopkins could bring to a fight. Even fighters like Joe Calzaghe fundamentally has the attributes to beat Canelo Alvarez impressively'.

Canelo Alvarez is one of the greatest fighters of his generation, and is currently the best Super Middle Weight fighter of his era 'But in terms of all-time great rating, I believe past boxing era's as a whole, the competitive terrain and environment was more brutal and consisted of superior fighters. And that is why I rate multiple past fighters above Canelo Alvarez in terms of historical greatness and ability. etc.

Ok but why is that “hate”?

Why is criticism, that’s backed up by objective facts, deemed as “hate”? It’s weird.
