applies. The question was whether he could've/should've ruled a knockdown earlier as Fury was flying around pillar to post and was flailing on the ropes at least 2x prior. But I agree with you, the low blow by Dubois was legal, just the same way it was in Khan-Judah and Crawford -Khan
