Just look at michael phelps, he eats like **** and still cleans up in the pool. You dun need such a strict diet if your ALWAYS IN SHAPE!!!!!!!
How do you know how phelps eats? Are you by his side watching him 24/7?

You don't have to eat quail eggs or any of that ****. You just have to eat healthy and there is no shortage of options out there.

      Urm...

      First fight...

Had a truckers breakfast, KFC for lunch, mars bar for afternoon snacks and **** for tea... urm I had almost no energy in my fight as the sugar levels had dropped sufficently and I was nackered after 1 round..

      Most recent fight...

truckers breakfast with a glass of orange, chicken ceasar salad for lunch, g****s and apples for afternoon snacks and chicken sandwich for tea and I had lots of energy and I threw many punches while moving, I won the fight. I trained harder for my first fight than I did for this fight.

lol yeah i have had days were i have felt **** after eating crap. Having a good diet is important but i dont see the point in taking loads of supplements unless you are really trying to become a pro.

Your meals are first and foremost.

Supplements are just that......to supplement your body with extra nutrition it may have missed or lacked during your meals.

Nutrition, proper training come first. Supplements after but they do help.

Phelps is also 6'6 tall, trains in a pool for 6 hours a day, and most likely burns thousands of calories per session.

but does he pee in the pool? that's the biggest question.

lots of swimmers burn calories but how many relieve themselves in the pool?

agreed on the good dieting though, as I've cut back quite a bit on the sugar and stay away from soda

That is what Arreola thought. Can't really move that great side to side if you have love-handles.
