He has one win over a guy who will make the hall of fame. Maybe it’s just me but he needs a lot more than that before we put him in the same class as guys who have resumes littered with hall of fame lever fighters.

today's fighters just don't fight often enough to compare them to guys that fought weekly against every possible style. You really can't even compare them to fighters in the 80s who fought 4-6 times a year. I don't think the talent pool these days is as deep, either. I like Crawford, but I can't rate him as high as people who fought more often against tougher opposition.

This is going to be a good fight. Not only is Madrimov solid but Bud is looking way past him which is a big mistake imo. He got a taste of that money what I think.

Agree totally. Lampley graduated form the Jordan Peterson school of ****ting yourself and crying non stop every time someone puts a camera in your face.

Eye test, talent wise and boxing IQ wise, he could compete in any era. That is where the comparison is being made. He doesn't have the comp in this era to compared to SRR in terms of opposition of course.

He did beat the other top 10 P4P fighter of his era, Spence, to a pulp. The same Spence that whipped top comp for years.

Lampley is pathetic Crawford is one of the most privileged entitled guys in boxing he has literally one top win against a corpse of Spence and gets praised for guys like madrimov who canelo would get bashed for facing .

                    Standards!!!!

guys like canelo unoue bam have to do double what guys like Crawford have to to get praise from the biased American media.
