Am I the only one who doesn't score fights?

I'm just trying to enjoy what is happening. Besides I'm not even good at it - which about f.uckin 2 boxing fans will probably admit.

I'm pretty much always neutral and don't have a dog in the fight but I will always even up my scorecards vs truly scoring the fight round by round.

How do you truly objectively score 12 fights (each round) without getting caught up in the narrative of the fight up until that point? It's a hard gig.

I dont score fights either. I just watch a fight and go with who i thought won. I can be biased at times for a fighter i like if the fight is close...but not so biased that if its a clear cut win for the other guy that i wont acknowledge it. I do get disappointed for my guy though...but im a hate the game not the player kinda guy. And im not one for listening to excuses either. Once the fight is over...its over.

Yeah this is where I'm at.

If I feel the rounds were competitive then I am at peace with it going either way.

Also we can all see fights that arent close. So they hardly require me there with my pen and paper.

I get that sometimes a fighter can be pretty competitive and still lose wide on the cards which is a kick in the d.ick for him but like you say that is the game.
