size and reach won over speed and power...

but on the contrary, i think morales showed the speed everybody said he lacks... and the south paw stance was funny... the stiff jab was there all night and pacquiao wasn't able to get his rhythm all night... IMO 130 lbs is a bit heavy for pacquiao... he lost quite a chunk of his speed in the fight... moreover, where was the stamina of pacman??? damn he looked tired going inot the middle rounds... he should go back to 126 and fight JMM or MAB... SI MANNY AY BA****ONG MULI!!!

If you are at the wrong weight then you will lose stamina like Mayorga did at 160 against Tito.

I didnt see the fight so tell me who had the most power in the fight

I think it's the skill and ring savvy more than the reach and size that did it for EM. Damn that left jab kept pac at bay and i agree that pac lack speed at 130. He was able to land that dreaded left only at the 11th and 12th. EM dominated the first 6 rounds by 4-2 because of his technical skills but as i said pac has nothing to be ashamed of. He is a 100% warrior who made a lot of converts despite losing this fight.

i think its more of an accuracy factor and timing. Pac's speed was good enough though not as quick as in 126lbs. or if Manny realy wants to fight at 130lbs, i think he needs to get a longer training having that weight or heavier. EM had used most of what JMM showed. boxing, counter punching and most of all, PICKING HIS PUNCHES.

Pacman has to train on high altitude. This high altitude training was the big difference between Pac & JMM and also with Pac & EM. Barerra didn't use this because he underestimated Pac.

Pacman has to build his stamina if he wants to defeat Marquez. For sure Marquez will not underestimate him. Specially now that he has proven that he has a steel chin just like Morales. Erik gave him a lot of big shots but Pac didn't even wobble.

I have only seen the fight via webcam and it was not really that good, i could not tell who was winning but the blood showed a lot and i was nervous the whole fight that it may be stopped due to cuts ...

but i was really glad that they let it continue the full route...

now i can't wait for the video download.

How do you rate the fight guys was it FOY, i heard that the Arce-Hussein was also awesome and also FOY type ...

Why do I get the feeling that MAB is gonna ask for the rematch to be at 130?

I personally think stamina wasn't a factor. It was a case of wrong strategy and miscalculation by Manny's camp. Everytime Manny stood his ground, he dished out the better punches because of his fast hands. But when he packpedals, Morales peppers him with punches, which is what he does best.

Also, Manny couldn't seem to anticipate EM's movement to his right, as he is always left at a hitting angle.

But the greatest factor I thought was versatility. no wonder you could never count great fighters like EM and Barrera out.
