What happens to a fighter when they are hurt or dazed, what do they see?

I’ve never been in a fight before thankfully and never been hurt, but I’ve always wondered what a fighter is going through when they are hurt. Watching the Fury Usyk fight, fury was staggering and stumbling around the ring during round 9, like he lost his senses, and there’s a picture of him where he’s held up by the ropes and his eyes show a sign of someone who is terrified. I’ve seen a similar picture of Wilder during the second fury fight, where his eyes tell you he looks terrified.

What was happening to fury in those moments? Could he see 3 Usyks? Did his vision become blurry after Usyk landed that punch?

I have wanted to box myself just once to give it a try, but when you see things like this it puts you off.

Losing consciousness (or even part consciousness) isn't as scary as you might think.

You're the only one there who doesn't know that much about it!

The word 'buzz' sums it up quite well. It's kind of cool.

In my experience, when I've been hit with a shot to the head that has separated me from my senses, it didn't necessarily "hurt" but I felt impaired where my brain and body weren't in unison. Vision was narrowed like a tunnel (but my thinking was not focused like tunnel vision) and also impaired. Often times, the body can revert to muscle memory. I am not an elite athlete so my muscle memory was not the same as a professional fighter.

Only one time was a knocked out and unconscious and it was only briefly. When I revived, it was all of the experiences as mentioned above.

As for getting hurt by body punches...that's another matter.

Only ever been dropped one time in sparring and got up almost instantly but I didn’t feel the punch just remember looking up and thinking what the **** and I doing down there…when you get hit on the temple your legs go from under you and it’s like when you try and stand when your leg is numb….its just gives way under yiur weight.
Fury was disconnected from his senses and he probably didn’t even know what was happening

It's like waking up. One of the best KO's I can point out to describe it was Eleider Alvarez being KO'd by JSJ. He was on his back watching the count and then he comes to his senses at like 6 and tries to beat the count, but is too groggy. It's kind of like when your a teenager and your alarm clock wakes you from a dead sleep before school.
