hard to call but i just cant see rigo keeping inoue off of him for all 12 rounds... inoue cuts the ring off good, he's not gonna follow rigo around like donaire did...

He was never ko, and never really hurt like inoue in that first round. And we saw Rigondeaux well past his prime, nobody could touch him in his youth, he was past it and all the young guns, st+, frampton, mares, quigg, did I miss anyone? Ran away from the guy.

Rigo could punch, especially the straight left to the body, and had cat reflexes. I don't know prime for prime who wins.

rigo has good pop in his punches but he's not known to be a power puncher... he has enough pop to make his opponent respect him and dont just go rushing in, but Inoue also has decent defense and good power.. like i said, I cant see rigo keeping inoue off of him for all 12 rounds... i feel like inoue will be able to catch rigo later in the rounds and hurt him. inoue is not doniare who is going to just follow rigo around the ring.

I think you're wrong, people didn't respect his power, they were afraid to get hit, which is a different scenario. He has punishing power and one punch ko in his left, the problem with him is he is too rooted in his amateur ways and defected too old to learn new tricks, on top of that he's a stubborn sob. In any case, it could have been a heck of a fight.

A****sa had him pretty hurt. Unfortunately that fight wasn’t televised in America. Huge shame because it’s such an exciting fight.

i was a big fan of Rigo, so I’m being as objective as possible here.

Rigo was a certified jaw breaker, but I do think Inoue catches him.

Inoue too intelligent and clinical, cuts off the ring and batters Rigo into oblivion in the 2nd half of the fight.

On another note, I think it's time for Donaire/Rigo 2 in a loser retires fight

I wanna see Chocolatito fight Donaire now he’s moved to 118.

A****sa put him down twice, he wasn't out of it. And the difference in size was ridiculous on top of Rigondeaux age, still at the end of the night without watching the fight you knew who the winner was by looking at their faces.
