Haney looks ripped. Ryan looks soft compared to his shape in the Duarte fight where he looked cut to the bone. I think Haney will prove too elusive for Ryan whose lavish lifestyle and recreational drug intake will take their toll. His lack of discipline will cost him. Haney has a way (except against Loma) of negating an opponent’s best offensive weapons. Haney by UD or late stoppage with Ryan quitting on his stool.

No fan base and cant draw bc of pitty-pat, hold and run style…now desperate attempt to make himself the villain to the Hispanic fan base ala Floyd/Broner. Will pay in hopes of seeing him lose to a Hispanic fighter. Devin definitely no Floyd or AB..his persona is as boring as his fighting style.

He’s not trying to play the villain like Floyd and Broner.

Devin turned pro in Mexico and moved there with his father to live there in the early parts of his pro career.

He couldn’t get a pro license in the US because he was too young so he had to go and get his stripes in Mexico.

Mexico gave him his professional foundation and thus owes Mexico a debt of gratitude.

He is killing two stones with one bird.

1. Paying homage to Mexico for what it did for his pro career.

2. Trolling Ryan for being more Mexican than Ryan is since he actually lived in Mexico for a while unlike Ryan and has staged many fights in Mexican soil, unlike Ryan.
