Benn failed 2 drug test. He should automatically be suspended for a minimum of 1 year. Why on earth is Hearn so desperate to promote this cheater?

Thats all bc the UK commission is goofy in how it works. Once you are popped feel free to explain yourself but you are suspended for x mos or yrs first off & maybe we reconsider when facts come forth. Thats how it should work. This is ****** in how it actually works. It’s like you caught a guy with a knife in his hands stabbing someone to death but we are letting him free as he claims innocence until all the info comes in. Nah he wasn’t able to keep fighting initially. He was given a suspension after he failed the drug test.

It was only after Benn won the hearing vs UKAD/BBBoC he could then fight again because his suspension was lifted after he won.

So the equivalent from your example would be the accused murderer was remanded until trial and then had a trial and was seen innocent at trial then let out. Then overturned on appeal.

It’s just how it is though, if someone maintains their innocence then an independent hearing happens and is what happened.

Things aren’t dealt with well from any angle, not just drug testing. Look at how they are with their incompetent judges and refs.

The BBBoC is a joke, I think everyone’s aware of that by now.
