This opener is interesting, Cordova is solid, but barely beat El Mini and I thought he lost a competitive fight to Tito Acosta. Martinez however has been inactive, struggles to make weight and hasn't really looked great in 4 or 5 years. Very curious to see how Martinez looks here tonight

Yeah this is gonna be a great fight I think, because Cordova will have no issue finding El Rey's chin all night but I don't think he has the power to take Martinez out. So there will be plenty of times over 12 rounds where El Rey is able to land his bombs, we will see how often that happens and what affect it has
