AJ find it difficult to catch usyk because, he is faster and constantly changing position before AJ could calculate his moves, then back to reset. Besides that, usyk is never afraid to let his hands go which hindered AJ's advance plans.
fury has never faced anybody with the sheer skill ability as usyk….simple as that.
name me one fighter fury has beaten that has anywhere near usyks all round ability ?….wallin , chisora , wilder , whyte lol……..you have to take your head out of your arse because fury has never faced anybody like usyk.
we have now seen all the proof with Parker dominating wilder with every round , you see wallin and Ngannou take fury to the dark side and then you then see Joshua completely dominate both of those fighters……we can arrange a bet come fight time with the fury vs usyk fight……..i still think fury will bail out of the fight because when he loses to usyk he loses every bit of credibility he ever had

fury had plenty of time to re adjust in the Ngannou fight but couldn’t do nothing and if he supposed to be miles ahead of him in terms of skill , experience he should have easily stepped up a gear of two and coasted past Ngannou but he didn’t which tells me fury is well over rated and we have now seen all of fury suppose bogey men get completely exposed by other fighters , Parker with wilder and Joshua over wallin and Ngannou….that tells you the lever to which fury fights at no question

Many folks thought Francis would win because of the Fury fight. Many now will think AJ would be Fury now because of last night. When will we learn?
There are many factors involved in this. AJ had tape on Francis. AJ was in shape. Styles make fights.
NOBODY knows what would happen and anyone that says they do is a goober because nobody knows every time what will happen in a fight.

The "Fury Fighting Legacy" has always been an embarrassing joke. Fury's claim to fame was beating Klitschko 9 years ago, one of the WORST HW fights in history, and beating Wilder twice who just got beat from pillar to post by Joseph Parker. His father was a terrible boxer, his brother Tommy is a MASSIVE bum.

The notion that Tyson Fury was a HW great was a fantasy created by none other than delusional British boxing fans who had nothing to cheer for. Fury's embarrassing performance against Ngannou proved what a farce he was.

Anthony Joshua has at least faced much better competition and has dominated all common opponents.

The only way Fury beats Joshua is if he drops 30lbs and boxes him from distance, I dont think Fury is disciplined enough to do that anymore.

You're right with this. Joshua is enjoying an upturn in form and attitude and I like how he's fighting right now... But beating Ngannou in what was little more than a circus fight does not put him ahead of Usyk in any shape or form. It's not a good look for Fury, but alters not one jot that Usyk got the better of Joshua in consecutive fights.

To be fair, knockdowns aside, Wilder wasn't renowned for winning rounds

I tend to agree with you, but Wilder (if he has it together) might surprise us. Five or six years ago it would have been a much better fight.as I believe Wilder is now an aged and damaged fighter.

I don't think Fury has fought anyone as skilled as Usyk, and Usyk has had time to get comfortable as a HW. Fury will need to be sharp. At this point I don't know if he has the discipline to bring that factor to a fight anymore. Like others, I wouldn't be surprised if Fury postponed the fight again.

It was a good win for Joshua because the early KO surpassed expectations, and his performance bettered Fury's dismal outing. But, realistically, Joshua was expected to win against an MMA fighter. To then proclaim he's the top HW is promo-speak. I mean, it wasn't Ali-Foreman.

Why is Wilder not that smart?

Beat 3-4 cans in one year and so and claim "I am the best version of myself".

Wilder the id.iot took a 1 year layoff and than took on a top 5 guy in parker which resulted in devastating loss, it couldn`t be any different.

Wilder should KO 3 Helenius alike guys in 1 year and claim he was the worst version when Fury beat him.

And no, I don`t care about Joshua - Usyk 3.
