The he never beat any hall of famers argument is weak

MOST OF THE TIME, WHEN A FIGHTER BEATS A SHOE IN HALL OF FAMER THAT HOFER HE'S ALREADY WAY PAST HIS PRIME. CURRENT FIGHTERS DON'T GET INTO THE HALL OF FAME UNTIL THEY RETIRE YEARS AND A DECADE LATER. EXAMPLE, EDWIN ROSARIO WHO WAS A TOP P4P FIGHTER IN HIS PRIME RETIRED in 1997 BUT ONLY GOT INDUCTED IN THE HALL OF FAME IN 2006. IF YOU LOOK IN ANY ERA IN THE PAST NOBODY WAS A HOFER WHILE THEY ARE ACTIVE UNTIL THEY RETIRED MANY YEARS AFTER.

THE CRITERIA FOR THE HALL OF FAME ISN'T TO COMPARE FIGHTERS FROM DIFFERENT ERAS. IT'S TO COMPARE YOURSELF WITH FIGHERS FROM YOUR OWN ERA. A LOT OF FIGHTERS TODAY THAT MANY DON'T THINK WILL GET INTO THE HALL OF FAME WILL BE HOFERS A DECADE LATER AFTER THEY RETIRE.

current fighters don't get into the hall of fame until they retire years and a decade later. Fans don't decide who gets into the hall of fame.

Hindsight is 20/20 vision, when a fighter beats HOF guys is showing that he beat real top notch fighters, when looking at primes it also must look at the prime of the both guys at the time of the fights.

There is no auto lock, its only later when you go back over resumes that you can see the full perspective across the entire body of work, prime is not a day, in elite guys prime is many years where they operate at 90% and above level which is why they are elite, fans think prime is on and off like a switch its not its like a bell curve.

But fans pretty much know who will get into the HOF long before they do.

ggg is a good example showing the difficulty in ranking some guys, hes a bit like andre ward, both are good at triggering people into debates

not always. Gatti got into the hof. Many fighters get into the hof who fans say shouldn't be there. A lot of times fans compare eras. That's not how you get into the hof.

Great fighers are made when you fight other great fighters. Canelo became a great fighter by beating ggg who is a great fighter.

Thats very subjective, you can say a lot of fans when the actual numbers of opinion are never counted, some opinions stand out to one guy and mean nothing to another, its generally a consensus across fans, media and boxing identi-ies where they all agree that a certain fighter will be a lock for HOF status especially near the end of their career.

Can you believe it censored the identity plural? This forum still does some very weird things while posting and editing posts, and has done ever since they changed it, years now.
