jeez it was drip drip excuses and now the flood gates have really opened, i read his quotes and i could almost hear the sobbing as i read, he must feel better after all of that now
his goal was to provide life changing money for his family and he achieved that & he says hes a superstar & then he says he wants to win a title next LMAO, the guy did boxing backwards, i mean guys graft for years and years whole careers title after title sometimes and then have to listen to clowns like this guy, boxing is a weird sport at times

I think midget Tank is pretty good. None of it....the rehydration silliness, the mole in the camp and the rib, etc.....none of it surprises me. Boxing is a dirty and corrupt world.
If Garcia had been at a hundred percent, he may well have beaten Davis. Maybe not. We will never know. The people who got robbed are the people who bought the PPV and watched a jacked up Garcia thinking he had a real shot to win.
Unlike many others here, I see that Garcia brings alot of fans to the sport, he has a fan pleasing style and he has talent. Not sure why people hate the kid. The sport is dying and most fighters now are only worried about money.....guys like Bud and Canelo are old andn have built their names and deserve to money chase.
These young guys need to look at Garcia and realize they need to fight and take risks.

Ryan Garcia doesn’t have the work ethic or grit to ever become an upper echelon professional boxer. This is an extremely tough way of life and Ryan isn’t up to the challenge.charliepaerker likes this.

That's the problem with all these mega matchups. Someone doesn't want to take any chance on losing since they'll never hear the end of it. They won't make the match until they know there is a guaranteed chance to win. Pacquiao was the same situation against Fraud Jr. He went in actively with a shoulder injury.
The reason they cannot "back out" or disclose of this prior I believe is for two reasons. The back out is because of all the money already in marketing, hotel bookings, etc. Like, unless you can physically see damage on a fighter, they cannot back out or the promo companies probably risk being sued by all other parties involved.
The disclosing it prior is due to the betting involved. Obviously if the world knew Pacquiao had a should injury or Garcia had a rib injury, they would put "0" wager on either injured guy.Last edited by ELPacman; 11-30-2023, 03:28 PM.
