Oscar Duarte, has scored a lot of knockout's, but not against any notable opponent's.
So the guy can punch, and if he catches Ryan with one of his power punches he can take him out.
If Ryan were to lose against Duarte, his ratings with the boxing organizations would plummet.
One thing is losing to a champion like Tank Davis, but losing to a unknown like Duarte would be disastrous for his boxing career.
