Comments Thread For: Kameda: Knew When We Began Promoting [The Shigeokas] We'd Put Them On Straight Path To World Title

Koki Kameda immediately knew what he had in the Shigeoka brothers. There wasn't the slightest hesitance when Kameda Promotions added Ginjiro and Yudai Shigeoka to its young and growing roster. The belief upon signing the pair of strawweights was that very little time would pass before they ruled the division.

Crucial fights for the Shigeoka Brothers - both southpaws fighters - especially tough for the elder, Yudai, who by far has the tougher assignment, in fact, one mission that Yudai Shigeoka might not be able to successfully do.
That's because Panya Pradabsri of Thailand is a champion of experience and skills, who knows how to win rounds.
The younger bro, Ginjiro, should easily dismantle "Cejitas" Valladares, a boxer who showed absolutely no guts and no fighting spirit whatsoever during their first fight.
That lack of spirit was rarity because all Mexican and known and admired for their indomitable willingness to battle and conquer victory. Valladares no. Really no.
My conclusion: Panya retains by points, and Ginjiro stops Valladares in the first half. (my humble opinion)
