no that is true but as a boxing career it has been very grueling and he has taken a lot of shots and handled them well (well he took them) so was that shot by Z. Z. so far outside the norm he can still fight on with his same style ? He will fight on no one wants to go out like that, n there is some prize money available now that he looks wounded. Hope he does get some good match ups and shows himself before he leaves guy never agitated me with his ring work or his talk before or after a fight. Two more and done is my guess but then again i guessed he would win so what do i know...............

He really has no skill at all. Size won't make you the hw champion of the world. Take your earnings, hope you invested it and lifellve peacefully.

I doubt he can rebuild. He's still high risk and now even become lower reward. Dubois won't still want a rematch. Parker won't want a rematch.

No Joe, you're done. The lumbering style with no head movement will only lead to more beatings or brutal KOs.

The lack of speed/snap in Joyce’s punches is truly bizarre. He’s done wonders to achieve what he has in boxing with his slowness and no head movement.

Retire or take the Ngannou fight after he loses to Fury, unless Ngannou only does exhibitions after he said he wants a couple boxing matches Joyce would be watchable & sellable also a good payday vs a non boxer

Facts. JJ went far with his style surprisingly. He got a few good paydays.

One more fight and then hang them up.

Who knows his next opponent, but it better be someone on the decline.

He probably has the best record out of all the HWs after 17 fights. Chisora has made a career of being ranked 12 in the world. Why can't Joyce make a career out of being ranked a bit higher?

Look at Zhang's record after 28 fights. Joyce is literally the only good win on it

                    He's done.

Like I don't like to say that. But where does he even go from here?

At 38, he's badly lost two on the bounce to a 40 year old who's made him look very, very ordinary. On top of that, his chin was considered his best attribute prior to those defeats and it looked pretty fragile on Saturday night. He was gun-shy too, I don't think he let a single punch go with any conviction.

Punch resistance doesn't come back once it starts deteriorating. He should enjoy the money he's made and leave the sport in good health. Can't see him becoming anything other than a stepping stone if he continues.
