I thought Roach said Pac will be "at his best weight" of 149 while Cotto would be upper 150's. Now its Pac at 147 and Cotto in the 160's?

Roach should talk of the Marg fight. The one and only loss. IMO He's had more punishment/problems in his last three fights vs the best of the best than any time in his career....

When was the last time Pac fought an elite top guy like Cotto has done in his three outings? A few years ago? To his favor, some would argue Hatton. As much as he was a paper champ. I'm speaking of a real THREAT someone that wasn't mentally and physically destroyed by Mayweather.

I take nothing away from Pac. He's a great. I just don't give him anything for this fight. It is what it is. Cotto's last three fights where against bigger, stronger, and Mosley possibly being faster if not the same speed. If Cotto can walk/run around the ring VS Marg (who never stops punching, possibly with Plaster gloves), what makes people think that Pac could hit as hard? I just don't see Pac who will probably be 146ish beating a guy that I think will be 156-158 fight night who's been there and done that with bigger and stronger etc etc etc type of guys. This isn't Hoya losing weight for a retirement check.. As Roch knows, Hoya would have destroyed Pac in his prime. I like Pac, just not on Nov 14th.

They did seem to bother him earlier in his career, but not that he's fought a few, they shouldn't bother him too bad. Pac's speed is what will bother Cotto most.

I would say Oscar in his prime was much more dangerous than Cotto currently is. I've never heard anyone say that Cotto "hits like a truck" before. He's just a strong puncher who can break you down.

Umm, no. If he should win he will get all the respect in the world from Cotto fans and PR. We respect greatness and Pac is great. Plus Pac challenges himself to fight the best so more respect to him. I like him a lot but I just don't see him beating Cotto, he's too much for him. When he loses he will still have my respect for stepping up.

If Cotto comes in at 160 and Pacquiao just 147, Pacquiao could be in trouble. Against Oscar Pac came in at 148 and was actually heavier than Oscar, but this time it will be different. I think he should come in at 150 against Cotto. And Cotto will propably come in at 155, 158 at most cause he has to weigh in at 145. I really think this fight is 50:50 and thats why its so exciting. Manny is a bit better, but Cotto is bigger. It will be interesting, cant wait!

I don't know why he says that, Cotto handled the situation pretty well in both Judah and Corley fights. He knows how to adjust very well to southpaws and fast fighters. He's ambidextrous.

I thing Roach is a frustaded actor. I think he fail in hollywood and thats why he likes the show. Today say something and tomorrow say something complete different. He love the interviews and the camera. Pacquiao not even talk. Cotto have problems with southpaws ? I don't think so! What happen with Quintana and Judah. 2 of the top ten welter. Im a Cotto fan and have him winning the fight but you have to watch those fights becasue obviously Cotto does have problems with southpaws and ive ben saying that for a long time...

he won all those fights in impressive KO fashion but his defense was not very good agaisnt any of those guys...even in the quintana fight he was taking almost all of quintanas shots to until finally Q let him get inside and pop that body..again against Corley it was the same thing, he would just walk in and take whatever corley thorugh at him and that got him very hurt btu corley couldnt finish because cotto knows how to get out of trouble

trainig for southaw is gna be a large part of the training camp for Cotto which sucks for him cause hes gna have to learn something new(reason for starting early) whereas Pac can just do is same stuff with a little change in gameplan
