He was already hinting this outcome
I don’t wanna hear excuses for Spence. Dude got demolished. He would get demolished even at 154 against Crawford.Castilo likes this.

Not making excuses for Spence because he did get dominated. But he wasn't himself today. Maybe those car crash injuries are started to show more now as he gets older. I thought it was gonna be close but Crawford surprised me tonight and made me believe he is the best.

Why not? There could be some bigger fights for him.

Before the fight I was 52-48 Crawford, but this was something else. They clearly did their homework on Spence's jab. BUD was the stiff jabber, throwing short chopping counters at close range, and walking Errol down most of the time. Don't write Errol off just because he lost so badly to an ATG. Spence will win many fights at 154. For too long he has been a weight bully at 147. Let's reserve judgment until he has had 3 or so fights at 154. The only fight for Crawford now is Boots then retirement or retire now, on 40-0. The old adage is true: There are levels in boxing and Bud was levels above. Spence was/is still the 2d best welterweight until Boots or even Thurman beats him should he fight at 147 but it's just that Bud was so dominant - let us not forget Errol's unbeaten history. This also puts the fights against Porter in perspective.ajamudc brown_knight06 like this.

He already sounds like Terry Norris at the end of his career. Not sure where he goes after that sort of beating even at higher weights. As for Crawford, he’s found a home, the sports world saw what he did tonight. Minus Errol, I wonder what his future options will be..I suspect we will see him in with the Charlo’s at jr middle or perhaps eventually with tszyu

The scary part is….Bud RARELY mounted an offense tonight….he spent most of the night making Errol pay for his mistakes. THAT’S the scary part.

Can't believe anyone comes on here to talk about Spence being overrated. You just witnessed an absolute masterclass. It's all anyone should be talking about.ajamudc Kpmaryland like this.
