    Is Pac-Floyd Bigger Than?

I think no matter how many different scenerio's that play out, Pac vs Floyd would be by far the biggest money matchup in boxing if Pac beats Cotto.

However, I do think that there is only 1 that could possibly top it. Do you guys think that a Williams-Mayweather matchup has any chance of topping it in either hype or buys? Lets say that Williams beats Pavlik and collects all the belts at MW. Lets say that he looks great in doing it but still looks closer to a Jr. MW then he does a MW. Lets also say that Pac beats Cotto and Floyd beats Pac. Then Floyd beats Shane in his next fight and moves up to 154 for 1 fight against either Clottey, Spinks, or Martinez since the last 2 may be champs and solid tuneups for the Southpaw Williams.

What if after all that is done, Floyd says that he's really going to retire now after a record of 43-0 but wants 1 last fight against Williams at 154? Honestly, I wouldnt even be shocked if he said at MW, since Williams came from WW. It would definatly make it alot harder for Floyd to win but it would also give Floyd a legit title in 7 different divisions. I know inside of boxing we would go crazy for that fight but do you think the mainstream would and do you think it could break the Floyd-Pac record? I do. Williams still probably wont be a mainstream name if all that happeneds but after the mainstream see's clips of him, hears everyone sweating him as a freak, hears everyone saying that Floyd has no chance, and seeing how he towers over Floyd and shows no fear then I think everyone in the mainstream would jump all over that match even moreso than Pac-Floyd. What do you think?

Too many ifs in that first post. 1 step at a time. Yes, PBF vs Pac is the top money fight. But PBF needs to fight Shane above anything else.

Williams is not a Pay per view fighter.
I love Williams but he needs to step his game up before
he thinks he can get a shot at the current #4 greatest Pay Per View Attraction of All Time.

            step his game up? LMAO!!!!!

if you're talkin marketability then yes, but as far as actual in-ring activity, williams has more than 'stepped his game up' but regardless, even if williams was a major draw, there's no way floyd would get in there against him

mainstream sports does not know who paul williams is. plus the fact that floyd will never get in the ring with him. floyd vs manny will break floyd vs oscar with ease.

Pacquiao vs Mayweather would be the biggest MONEY fight out there.

THe best action packed fight would be Mosley vs PAcquiao for sure
