As the British commentator for Skybox(?) said, that's always how Hatton looked at 140. Let's face people--if he stayed at 140, he's weight drained--if he goes up to 147, he's even slower and his power is further diminished. Plus, he doesn't have the reach to help him out. He's screwed in both divisions.

My heart sank when I saw the weigh in. Call me dumb but he looked almost unsteady on his feet - watch him step onto the scales. The word was tht he really struggled to make weight last time around and had to have a fall workout before just before the weigh-in which he's never had to do before. As for the pic although he's leaning back and its taken at an angle he looked the worst I've ever seen him.
Its a terrible shame that the young, prime, bull strong Hatton wasnt unleashed on the States earlier.

He looked pretty terrible at the Malignaggi weigh-in too. Merchant called him "a skeleton with tightly wrapped skin". Malignaggi didnt have the tools to take advantage of that though.

Well everytime a fighter lose a fight the boxers fans always say they are weight drained. I just don't understand why. But if a fighter wins a fight they won't talk about any weight drained at all.. Im just wondering why? oops sorry guys just stating my point.. lolz
