Cotto is the one who has the bigger disadvantage and thats in the speed department.. speed kills.
I don't think the speed is going to be the main factor because Cotto has been in with bigger speed fighters who hit harder at that weight. He beat them with timing and offset their rhythm. Pacquiao's fast, but he's not so fast to where he can't be hit. People ignore the fact that when Pac faces either a good counter puncher or someone who brings the offense, Manny is very susceptible to getting hit because he likes to exchange, that's his bread and butter.

People won't admit it, but almost everyone is basing a Pac win over Cotto on Pac's last 2 fights and Cotto's fight with Clottey. If you were to even ask after the Oscar fight how Pac would fare against Cotto about everyone here would say "You're crazy". Styles make fights, but apparently that logic is getting thrown out the window in this fight.

You're an idiot, and if you feel so confident why don't you put some money where your mouth is ?

The fact of the matter is that no one is going to 'cry' if he happens to lose, about him moving up in weight.

I admire the fact that there are still fighters willing to move up and test their skills. He's already at a huge size and strength disadvantage so its still a win-win situation for him. If he loses, he lost to arguably the best welterweight in the world. No shame in that. If he wins, its a testament to his abilities.

But you're a moron so I don't expect you to understand.

maybe ur right dude,,,marquez schooled pac and demonstrate how to kiss the canvas right?and then hatton is the worst champ ever who stopped castillo in just 4 rounds, the one who give so much trouble on floyd with two fights...
