Obviously we saw it different. If you think that a game plan can't be perfect because a future hall-of-famer can land clean shots then we also have different understanding of boxing. Of course Loma was going to land. It's a fight! But Haney took away a weapon and busted him up to the body and face early on. The rounds you obviously gave to Loma, I scored for Haney. I thought he was more aggressive and effective to the body. So much so that it slowed Loma down and tired him out around the 4-5. But, as is the style of Loma, he gets a second wind and comes on late. But once again it was too late, like in his other losses. But I honestly think it could have gone either way. That's how close it was for me.

Several black pro boxers disagreed w the decision. Shakur, Keyshaun Davis, Bud Crawford. That’s a grossly oversimplified narrative you’re pushing.

Racist black guys agree, Haney won.

The rest of the world, including people not hung up on skin color, that Loma won.

It is astonishing to watch race playing such a big role for the black dudes here with a chip on their shoulder. Skin color doesn't matter, guys. The best fighters in history were black guys, awe inspiring men who we all respect and admire.

Haney got beat. Loma won. Nothing to do with skin color.

Yes, he was. He beat the real WBC champion. Devin Haney beat who exactly for his version of the WBC? Answer: nobody. This is old news.

He didn't hold all the straps at the same time. Devin had the other. Look it up dude!

It's a cope in the face of an obvious fix. Haney looked like a deer in headlights for large sections of the fight and they saw that too. They saw him get beat up and wobbled. But they got the gift so they gotta run w the "racist tho" narrative bcs that's all they have. It rly is pathetic how some people pick their favourite boxers based on skin colour.

Haney was booed out of the ring, which says a lot in his home town . The majority both black and white thought that Loma had won , which indeed he did. I thought Haney was supposed to retire Loma but it was Haney who looked hurt and was telling his dad between rounds that 'he's knows everything I do' .Close fight but wrong decision . There ought to be a rematch from this but I have a feeling Haney wouldn't want it !

The fight clearly wasn't a robbery. The opinions are all over the place. Even the people claiming robbery have it 7-5 Loma in most cases, and there were a ton of swing rounds in this fight.

I would say that grouping a bunch of people together and making assumptions about them because you don't like the outcome of a fight is the cope. And racist as heII too.
