I think he'll fight if offered enough money. I doubt he cares about losing as long as he's set for life. We'll have to see what he does if he manages to win against Valuev and the Ruiz mandatory.

Wlad's only "real" loss was against Sanders who was super quick with his fists and hits like a ton of bricks.

The version of Wlad that lost to Sanders was a green slugger. Manny has molded Wlad into a complete fighter and even the Sanders that beat Wlad then wouldn't stand a chance with him now IMO.
