A lot of those smaller promotions have handshake agreements with Top Rank. It's why Bob is able to put on so many shows in separate countries. He has a similar arrangement up here with EOTM. It's how he's able to get guys like Beterbiev and Mbilli from Canada or Murata, Inoue and Suzuki in Japan

If that's the case, then Bob should make the fight I want to see, Keyshawn Davis vs. Jamaine Ortiz! I want to see Davis in with a tough opponent! Ortiz would be perfect!
