Not hard to go back and look at certain quotes and instances of team Lara making roadblocks/excuses about a GGG fight. I'd rather Golovkin have faced Lara to finally put to rest an annoying "storyline," but team GGG has other **** planned, whatever it may be.
If I recall correctly Lara has expressed interest in this fight for a few years now. I haven't recall any roadblocks from team Lara, I do respect your opinion even though I don't agree with it. Be safe

Back in 2015, asked about fighting at 160. "No, 154, 154...154." And DeCubas has definitely put up roadblocks, going back as far as 2016. Asking for at least a million dollar purse (HBO wasn't giving GGG opponents anywhere near that amount. G himself didn't make that much until Monroe), saying the fight could be on either HBO or SHO (Golovkin literally couldn't fight on SHO). Once Golovkin fought Canelo, there was no need for him to fight Lara, unless he moved up and put himself in line for a shot, which he finally did just under 2 ****ing years ago. Look how easy it was for him to get lined up with the WBA. Now he finally does it when Golovkin has pretty much had 1 foot out the door and looks like a shell of his former self. And his possible fall back fight? ****ing Danny Garcia at 155. Things don't add up for me. I've always wanted that fight as I, along with others, thought would be a great clash of styles, especially back then when both were closer to their peak. But I've always thought Lara was bluffing. Abel Sanchez definitely didn't do Golovkin any favors though with the way he talked.

MW is looking as pathetic as SMW.

Long-time GGG fan. It’s time to retire. Raise your children to be good and decent people. Be kind and humble with your wife who has stuck with you for many years of crap she didn’t know she was signing up for. See what you can do for the common man back in Kazakhstan, guys like your coal miner father. You’ve had a great run with competitive boxing, and you can look back with satisfaction on the days when the best in the world would not step in the ring with you. Now you’re the guy who’s beginning to avoid men you aren’t sure you can beat. Thanks for everything, but it’s time to go.

Pathetic. Crowns should be won or lost in the ring.

Lara was the 154 Champ, asking for $1m to fight ggg wasn't a crazy amount to ask for a champion to fight another champ on another weight class. I don't see that as roadblocks, another point you're trying to make, is the age, you mentioning ggg, but Lara is the sane age with a foot out of the game. Abel Sanchez never wanted for ggg to face Lara, you can talk all you want but the fight was there to be made, team ggg never tried. Again, I don't agree with youañ and ain't changing my mind, because you don't have any solid proof of what you're saying.

Loeffler actually reached out to DeCubas, so that's not true about them never trying. And at that time, yes it was crazy to ask for at least a million dollars. GGG made his first million against Monroe. Monroe's purse? 100K. Lemieux had to be on PPV. Wade the following April made 500K. There was no money at HBO at that time to give Lara that kind of money, on top of GGG's purse, unless they put it on HBO PPV, which Lara wouldn't have been able to do anyway. Despite Lara's pedigree, people would've given GGG **** for bringing up another 154 fighter if he would have beat him, which was the likely case. Lara had so much time to put himself into a position to make himself mandatory to one of Golovkin's titles (if he truly wanted it that bad, but he stayed at 154 until 2021), assuming he could keep fighting on HBO, which he hadn't done since 2012. So all of Lara's talk was, to me, bull**** because he knew there was really no way that fight would've happened.

Again, you just wrote the same thing we have been discussing, what you're writing is what you think happened, that's call assumption, you don't have any proof that what you're writing is the whole truth but nothing but the truth, and you are assuming that ggg would have beat Lara, and you are assuming that Lara stayed at 154 because he in truth didn't want to fight ggg, when he was slaying the bum of the month for good money, just like ggg was doing at 160. The fact of the matter is, ggg vacated and didn't wait for the purse bid, not Lara, the truth is that while they didn't fight in their prime, it wasn't because Lara didn't want to, and maybe it wasn't ggg's fault. I can say that I read an interview with abel, where he stated that Lara was boring, if you want to go a step further, you can say that was an excuse, and he didn't like the matchup, but that will be an assumption, and I'll be doing the same thing you're doing. So I'm just going to say that it was a shame they didn't fought six or seven years ago, and it's a shame they're not going to fight now, by the way $1million wasn't a lot of money back then, especially for a fight like that, they have been paying a lot more money for less competitive fights. Be safe, and please just drop it. You're going to write the same thing and my reply is going to be the same, there's no reason for this argument or discussion, pretty sure we're going to find another topic to discuss.

My apologies to his world class resume. Vanes matroysian Steve rolls kamil szermeta Martin Murray all deserve an apology from me. Dude is a can crusher. Best “win” was dervychenko and he anyone who watched that fight knows he lost lol but I’ll give him that. Beating kell Brook wasn’t impressive as he was 147 pound fighter and has been KOd by former 135 lb champ dud duckford so that’s that lol. lil has a carefully constructed career that avoided any risk. He chased canelo the only noteworthy fighter he ever dared to challenge himself with and went 0 for 3. Really a sad career. Avoided Pavlik martinez taylor soon as they were done he came over and tried to pick on cotto. Cotto not dumb tho just said whatever, fought mayweather and retired. Like I said a sad career devoid of any notable career wins

Ggg has never wanted to fight anyone good unless their name is canelo lol. Lara would’ve beat him at any time in their careers he and his team know that.
