Is Pacs welterweight resume better than Floyds?

Lets assume Pac beats Cotto. Would he have a better welterweight resume than Floyd based on this fight and the DLH fight?

The DLH fight loses luster in hindsight, but goin in nobody knew DLH was in such weak condition. Pac was supposed to get killed. I find it odd everybody keeps actin like Cotto's some ***** who Pac will punk easily too. If he can win it, those 2 fights are huge wins.

Not Mr boat buyer's fault Zab blew his tuneup. He signed to fight him when Zab was undisputed, and overcame some early difficulty to UD him. Winnin the lineal WW title is a gr8 accomplishment for Mr boat buyer, but beatin Baldomir ain't a gr8 win. It ain't even in Mr boat buyer's top 5 wins. Hatton held a WW belt he'd won in a good, close fight wit Collazo, so the 'Hatton ain't a WW' excuse don't stick. Mr boat buyer gets credit for that win. Mitchell means jack **** and JMM means jack ****.

I'd say a Pac win over Cotto makes his WW res the better of the 2.

      Well....

Cotto > Judah, Marquez, Baldomir and Hatton

Less quantity.... higher quality. Take your pick.

Hell no he fights zombies that aren't even a shell of themselves and only fights certain styles, everybody cherry picks and that includes Pac. He faces guys that lack defense and walk straight in...Plus he's never fought a black fighter from the US with boxing skills. His resume is fabricated.

What does being black and from the US have to do with anything? Pac will have a better welterweight resume if he beats Cotto. Look how he destroyed DLH.

Pacquiao has Cotto and De La Hoya. Mayweather has Mitchell, Judah, Baldomir, Hatton, and Marquez. IMHO, De La Hoya, Hatton, and Marquez shouldn't have been fighting at welterweight on the nights they fought. That leaves Cotto for Pacquiao and Baldomir, Judah, and Mitchell for Mayweather. Cotto beat Judah and I'm positive he'd beat Baldomir and Mitchell. Hard for one fight to base a weight class resume off, but Cotto win makes Pac's resume better at WW IMO.

Of course PACQUIAO s resume is way better at WW.

FLOYD best win at weltweight is a UD over guy who had 15 losses(Baldo)

PACQUIAO knocked out DE LA HOYA.

                END OF STORY.
