This is sad for both … the family of the deceased and for Camboa’s family all we all can do at the time is pray for both sides

Do you bother actually reading the article first before commenting?

No he didn't just kill someone, a witness of the deceased said IT WASN'T GAMBOA'S Fault.

Before you judge someone, at least get all the facts.

Nowhere in the article does it say the witness is related to the deceased.

What facts ? Get what facts straight ? There is no way of knowing for sure how much of the truth is even in the article that was written. That is why the guy is still in a jail cell, I dont know what the justice system is like there, and I do not know the sources and how reliable or unreliable they may be at this time used in this article. The authorities do know someone was killed and that they have a suspect and one witness was mentioned. Are there other witnesses ? Who is this person who saw the situation real time?. The wheels of justice grind slow most anywhere. Just the way it goes in most places and if you are the one watching the wheels turn they more even slower.

Good post. I agree with you. I will add that I don’t, in any way, trust the system of law a corrupt and despotic government imposes. It’s a crap shoot. Good luck to Yuri; someone with his background, a decorated athlete who fled the country, stands on very shaky ground in a Cuban court.

You are correct "its a crap shoot" most anywhere there is a legal system in place that portends to be a fair and just system. Most systems often fail, some systems get it right more often then others, some do not ansere to anyone but themselves some just to the dollar. I think that is why we have boxing in every country in the world. Because it is not fair and people get angry, and people get hungry and boxing is often the only way out a person see's and what they carry on the inside gets displayed in the ring. It just feels good to hit someone when you are angry. My experience anyway.
