As I said earlier I don't think anybody is truly established in this era, the name guys Canelo Loma Donaire are from the last era and closing their careers, this new crop is still figuring out where they are, lots to happen over the next 5 years.
I was watching a Prograis interview today and he spoke of how glad he was to win a world title again after three years, but that boxing doesn't define him and his "Rougarou" persona stays in the ring. If you took away his career and all of his titles away, he'd still be Regis the family-man. I think Crawford is similar, and may explain why TC is dismissive of the idea that the Spence fight 'defines' him. TC appears to be very happy/content in his personal life, and that contentment is bleeding over into his career and coming across as complacency. Fans absolutely hate that TC is patting himself on the back and appears to be lacking ambition, on top of talking a whole lotta shxt. Fact is, he's a three weight titlist who became lineal and undisputed. No matter how fickle fans are, that cannot be changed. TC is potentially a HOF if he retired tomorrow, and he seems to be relishing his career which he never used to do. His self-aggrandizement has turned him into the bad guy. However, when Crawford steps in the ring, he reverts back to the hungry competitive person who we're accustomed to.

Donaire is actually from Cotto's era, a 20 year career. How's he managed to stay motivated so long...it's probably (like Prograis) down to having a happy/stable personal life. It's hard to forsee Teofimo having a long career because his personal life seems too unstable. Davis has had his fair share of drama outside the ring, and Ryan Garcia seems to be mentally fragile like Teo. Haney seems to be relatively normal, which bolds well for the longevity of his career.

I like tank and all…but his youthful exuberance still got him not paying respect to elders and those that came before

even if Timmy has been critical tank needs to not fall into that trap and let it trigger him…ur a multi, multi, millionaire now tank not a hood rat

tank has been brought up with the sport equivalent of a silver spoon….he’s been groomed from day 1…Timmy had to get there the hard way

I'd say the dots are pretty close. Careers line up well.

But keep talking about how blowing up in weight and drinking is totally fine for an athlete. He's totally going to be phenomenal in his 30's after doing **** all in his 20's

It amazes me the excuses you fanboys will make for guys who don't take their careers seriously.

And I'm someone who actually LIKES Tank. But he needs to trim his circle and get more serious about ****.

It depends on what fights get made and how it evolves over the next couple of years, Im not Nostradamus, but what I know is how quickly the boxing landscape can change, look at Ennis getting all the hype on the world let's say he fought a top guy and was slept inside 4 rounds, that train stops dead in its tracks, now on the flip side he got a Spence or TC fight and knocked them out cold, then the sky is the limit, boom or bust all on 2 fights, as I said it only takes a couple of the right fights and the media and fan base explode all over it, as for Tank the two Garcia fights are a good start into the real big time, if he can win those in a big way and then carry the momentum into another 140 title, say he beat Taylor or Prograis man his stocks would go way up, he has just become his own man away from Floyd and I just think its a little early to write him off, he could also fall flat on his face that's the dynamic nature of boxing.

They are two individuals you cannot paint one with the other guy, that is such a girly way of debating, men stand in their own shoes, man I got 30 dogs from the same bloodline and every one of them is different, every one of them has their own personality their own abilities, no two ever train up precisely the same way.

And Im not a fanboy of anyone grow up kid, and what excuses are you rambling on about, there is nothing to excuse where the fck did you pull that from, sheeesh.
