If they fought sometime in January, Febuary, or March they could absolutely make the fight and Floyd could fight Pac at the end of the year.

That's all people are asking for. I'm willing to bet peeps on here would say that Floyd would beat him. They just wanna actually see him do it in the ring.

That's how I feel at least.

Thank you and you are absolutely right. Hands down Floyd is the most talented. But, that does not make you the best. You have to prove it by fighting the best. And, I agree true boxing fans don't care about the "0".

Shane did put all his eggs in one basket...

yet again when he waited around for a rematch with Pacquiao. Shane is not totally wrong with Mayweather. His last two fights were with lesser (than Miguel and Shane) opponents yet I have to admit, the world wanted to see these fights. Especially the fight with hatton. So Floyd really isn't at fault. But, in order to be truly considered great he does have to clean out the welterweight division. He simply has to. If Pacquiao beats Cotto and Floyd goes on to beat Pacquiao, I wonder if he feels there is any competition for him after that. I wonder if he'll retire for good after that? I think he has a five fight deal with GoldenBoy so he may not go away that easily which is good because after Pacquiao, and should Shane and Cotto be successful thus far, Floyd will have no choice but to finally face both men.
Cotto and Shane should fight one more time before they meet with PBF. Boy was that a close one.

Floyd will wait till Shane turns 40 and then moron fans like you will continue to think he's the best even though his career is more rigged than *****'s.

He'll fight Margarito after his rematch w/ Cotto, he'll fight Cotto after he's been in wars w/ Pac and Tony, and he'll fight Pac after his wars w/ Cotto.

And most people will know what it is, but a small minority of dumbasses will actually fall for the gimmick.

            Thats you.

That's assuming Pacquiao gets past Cotto.
