Ok, first of all I'm going to make 100 threads like these so I can get some green K. I mean... I give every boxer a fair shake as I see it, some disagree with me but I make a slew of points to validate my argument not just hate/love for the fighter. That being said... give me green K PLEASE!!!!! (Here come more red I bet.)

Back to the topic... I'm speechless, I really am. At first I thought this had to be fake, but then I read a post about someone PM'ing him and said he has done this in those at least. But what really changed my mind is that when people have opposing views, some say things that they don't mean in order to get the point across with more authority I guess you could say. Essentially, you say things you don't necessarily fully believe in order for it to at least be heard. I'm not too sure if I've ever done that, but I won't deny that its a possibility. Manny is one of my favorite fighters, but when the Cotto fight was announced, he almost instantly became my enemy and I'm sure I can say the same happened with the TS. While I don't think I was nearly as... (blind is a harsh word here but it fits) as the TS when it came to saying Cotto would win I can understand if his emotions got the best of him. So, Kudos to you man for putting this out there, earned my respect for sure.

Both Manny and Cotto are modern day warriors and it will be a great night for boxing on Nov 14th. I can't wait.

When im reloaded Im sending green to you first. I got a list of people to green and im putting you on top. Your post was real! My emotions did get he best of me. But keep in mind also. Im a fighter myself. so its truely out of character for me not respect what Cotto has done. I should have been smarter and not get caught up. I love this sport. If i didnt i wouldnt be putting my all into it in the gym and looking forward to a future not a past time. I dont have to agree with every fighters style or like and respect them...but i made this thread about Cotto because he deserves the credit. I like how he fights.

I need to get some things of my chest. Ive been unfair to Cotto. Getting caught up in he hype and having war with words with Fans of Cotto and in the same backing my fighter. I got on the level of others and was unfairly giving Cotto ****. Despite what i think or who i think will win...Cotto is one hell of a fighter. I wont defend this Margarito thing without the due evidence. But regardless of what happen in that ass beating...He got up and is still game. HEs fought everyone others have been accused of ducking. Hes a tough ass dude that fights until he cant do it anymore. Im apologizing for ever discrediting him and admit i was wrong for doing so. This fight with Manny is gonna be a great fight between two great fighters. Despite the outcome even if Manny wins Cotto cant be discredited for it. This goes both ways! Boxing needs more Cottos. Any other PacFan should rethink any discredit...I understand getting hyped and disrespect are two different things....We can hype it up and cut jokes but no need to discredit this man or disrespect him...I was wrong for that!

Like i said... win or lose I still got respect. Cotto hasnt done anything in boxing but fought the top guys in his division! I cant hate on that.

I know Pac Boy And we have had our share of arguments and wars about this, and i can say he speaks from the heart. i respect somebody that can man up and apoligise for something he believes he did wrong. i don't think he's doing it "play up a win" for Manny.

I am one of the people he is talking about warring with and not giving Cotto any credit, so i can vouch for his credibility in this apoligy. I would respect anybody for doing such a thing, cuz this is what humility is. I have been wrong in the past and can admit it. And have, in this forum and on others i belong to. And i will be wrong again sometime in the future, and i hope i will be able to accept and admit it again. It's not easy to overcome pride sometimes.

PB and i have become friends not long ago, and he's a solid guy. Not that I think my word is all and fact, just my experience with the guy. In my youth, i have fought about 1/4 of some good friends, (not unlike this forum...lol.) and it was great for him and I to set aside our differences, and share our love for boxing and accept our differences.

It would be a pretty boring forum if we all liked the same boxers, and i will admit, at times some people on here get under my skin when i see so much disrespect for my favorite boxer, but then i remember it's just a forum, and not to take things so seriously. And everybody has a right to their own opinion.
PB has earned even more respect from me for his sincere post. Thanks!
