Interesting. I assume that Benavidez will handle Plant rather easily, but then again, it's boxing so you never know. But, if he does indeed beat Plant, what will Canelo do? Will he come up with excuses and vacate the title, or will he grow a pair and fight Benavidez?

Who has faced better competition? Canelo easily, only a clown would think Canelo ducking anybody. These guys gotta earn a place at the table. Can't be like Charlo or Andrade and just beg for a shot at the champ, guys gotta earn it. That is what Plant and Benavidez are doing. If Charlo and Andrade would finally grow a pair and fight each other we'd be talking about them. Instead they rather face nobodies and continue to fade into irrelevancy.
