Marquez could not land anything, he couldn’t get through to Mayweather. There was no way he could win.” Pacquiao seemed impressed with Mayweather’s dominance and was his typical humble self when asked if he would fair better against the American stalwart, declining to comment. It was speculated once again in this report that preliminary talks between Pacquiao and Mayweather are already underway. Just one week ago during his North American press tour Pacquiao told media he felt a showdown with Mayweather was a given should he get by Cotto. The ‘Pacman’ will now spend the next five weeks training diligently in seclusion in the Philippines before flying to Los Angeles to wrap up camp for his fight with Cotto.

LMAO@ Pacquiao himself giving Mayweather props for the Marquez win...but *******s on this board dont...

What Pacquiao needs to be impressed about is Floyd not being bothered by the booing and heckling from the crowd. He doesn't give a **** about entertaining the audience. Floyd didn't let Marquez take away his counterrpunching role.

If I was a guy who couldn't beat another guy as convincingly in 3 different fights at 3 different weight classes over a span of 7 years when all it took was 1 fight for Floyd... Yeah I would be impressed with Mayweather too.

I mean I bet Pac is impressed with Mayweathr's victory over Hatton. Hatton had won every single fight leading up to that. Mayweather beat him... What was Hatton's winning streak by the time Pac fought him? 2 or 3 fights? yeah i would be impressed too..

I would also be impressed if I turned down Mosley because he was "too good" and Floyd fought him and dominated him...

I would also be impressed that Floyd beat De La Hoya while not having any advantages...

I would also be impressed if I had to make Cotto cut down to 145 while Floyd is fighting him at 154 where I said he was too big at.. Yeah I would be impressed...

I'm sure there are more things about Floyd that Pac is impressed with...I bet Pac thinks it would be an honor to be allowed to step in the ring with him... If only Bob would just say yes...... Pac deserves it. He is so good..... and obviously needs the money...

wow. this is coming from the man, pacquiao, himself. lemme see, most boxing aficionados predict floyd would win if the pac fight would ever happen. half of pac fans think floyd would win. man, how many people would have to come out with such encouragements to make floyd fight pacquiao? why is pbf still ducking this fight? i'd fight for a million dollars just to humiliate the pacman if i were floyd.
