I had it 95-93 The Lion but if Takam could have avoided that knockdown in 8th I would have scored it 95-94 for Takam. Of course it would not have mattered with these judges anyways, Hope to see Takam vs Jared Anderson soon

I turned this fight on right when the main event was about to start, didn't get a chance to see the rest of the card.

Anyway, I was thinking the same thing after this fight. I think Takam would be a good step up for Anderson. Carlos never stops trying to win and he's very tricky.

I had it 95-93 as well, and I think Takam knew after the 2nd KD he probably lost his opportunity to win on the cards. He started looking for single shots more in the 9th and 10th.

Did anyone else notice how often Makhmudov shook his head like he was trying to crack his neck? He did it both during the fight and in between rounds. I guess it's a nervous tick of sorts. I couldn't help noticing it.

Makhmudov the only guy with neck muscles so strong from all that exercise you could put him in a noose and he'd just flex his neck and it would break through the ropes and he'd escape.

Takam did make him look like trash. It's not really debatable. He looked confused, unable to execute what his corner was telling him and spent the whole fight looking to land the right hand, without even trying to set it up. To me, that's trash. He has the look but not the skill.

Takam would lose this fight every time and if they fought 5 times he’d get stopped at least three of them .

Takam has also been sparring heavy rounds with Joyce in preparation for Parker so of course he was going to put up a fight against someone not as good as of now coming into a 15th fight as a first real step up. Next fight if Mahkmudov wins by knockout against a top contender you guys will be saying he’s the future . Lol
