He lost it against GGG, Mayweather and Lara well before that.

And it’s unnecessary. If there’s a guy in this fight who can’t win from the back foot, it’s Canelo. A return to the hyper-aggressive Golovkin would have Canelo backing up and darting to the side all night long. And when you’re on the run, you’re subject to getting caught, knocked down, maybe out.

I’m definitely no fan of Canelo, but I do recognize that the man has some good moves. When it comes to carrying out a Mayweather-style contest of fighting in a phone booth and not getting hit, I just don’t see GGG as being really strong on that skill set. If that’s GGG’s strategy, I predict a points victory for Canelo.
Banks isn't going to make GGG a slick fighter, but he's going to have him build on that solid jab like he did against Murata. Once Murata was getting pinged with that jab at a steady enough rate, the crazy combinations mixing it up to head and body came flowing after and Murata was suddenly very much out of the fight he looked like he was winning prior to that. Not to mention that GGG's stamina and output was ridiculous for a man of his age. If he can manage that against Canelo he could probably spark him.

Problem is Golovkins age. He doesn’t appear to be able to take the punches like he used to in that aggressive come forward style. Also, naturally his gas tank is not the same as it was

Both first and second match he threw around 110 jabs over all. Can GGG throw 200+ jabs? If yes he gonna win big
The answer to that question is yes. His stamina was impressive in the Murata fight, he threw almost 700 punches in less than 9 rounds as a 40 year old. Many of those were his patented jackhammer jabs.

It's not but it's still better than Canelo's, which has gotten worse. Canelo hasn't thrown over 500 punches since the rematch. Golovkin threw 629 in almost 9 full rounds against Murata. Obviously Murata is easier to find that Alvarez but it shows he still has a pretty damn good work rate for his age.

GGG didn't even fight 130 lber Mayweather let alone Leonard.

"Anyone from 154 to 168". Leonard would box his ears off at 154.

                    2. He’s fighting more towards his natural weight. I don’t think G realized how bad the 160 cut, for his entire career, has been on his body. I think he will have a bit more stamina.

Abel Sanchez hurt GGG? He turned him into a "meathead fighter?" Abel Sanchez was GGG's trainer since 2010, since he came to the US and for his entire MW championship ascent.
