Strictly speaking of size, Pacquiao has absolutely no business fighting anywhere near the weltwerweight limit. The only reason he's able to compete at this weight is because of his ridiculous speed and power. His size and frame belongs in at 130-135.

We're not talking about some journeyman here. Cotto's legit. 3 years ago had I proposed this fight I would have gotten stoned. Then again, I can say the same thing for DLH and Hatton.
