              He may be off the PED's now, given his lackluster performances against Plant and Bivol. He wasn't able to use against Mayweather because he makes everyone go through Olympic style testing.

              Which was one reason the fight with Pac "I'm afraid of needles" man was held up for so many years. I can still hear ESPN's Skip saying Floyd should fight him without any testing.
