In the Philippines they expect Pacquiao to KTFO Cotto in the first round. If cotto goes down instead on the 2nd round they would consider it as a draw.

I see Cotto breaking down the much smaller man within 5 rounds. I mean, FFS look at the press conference pictures, he's way bigger than him, it's not even fair. But Cotto is definetly breaking top 100 ATG with this victory, that's for sure.
