pacquiao's weight from his previous fights (during fight night)

    nov 06 - morales 3 - 144 lbs
    oct 07 - barrera 2 - 144 lbs
    march 08 - marquez 2 - 145 lbs
    june 08 - diaz - 147 lbs
    december 08 - dela hoya - 148.5 lbs
    may 09 - hatton - 148 lbs

as you noticed, he added 4-5 pounds only since 2006, i dont think he's on roids, if he does i think he should be fighting in the middleweight now weighs 160 lbs.

about manny's head getting bigger, like barry bonds who is guilty of roids, just see his mother and brother bobby pacquiao, they all have big heads.

Pacquiao is the opposite, he gets better as he moves up. How do you explain that amazingness. It must be something artificial. All that bull **** about him being better at a more natural weight, him working harder than any other boxer, being a natural born puncher is a front. We all know its steroids. Pacquiao is not genetically gifted, he is a cheater. I hate that bastard.

Think about it. I can say in my opinion, I can beat Micheal Jordan in basketball. How? Can I show it? Hell no! But do I have every right to say it? Yes, if I believe it even though it may not be true. So what's the point of saying it if I cannot SHOW it.
that's what ive been asking from him.

i guess today when a person says its only an opinion, he's off the hook from providing backed up details.

My question is, if Manny has been taken steroids--why has he consistently weighed between 145-148 for YEARS. Why not 152, 153, 155? Why didn't he knock out Barrara, Marquez, Diaz, Oscar Delahoya with the "extra" muscle he gained. The later two fighters stating Manny's punches didn't hurt.

          Wheres the logic in that?
What does any of this have to do with taking roids??

primarily, pac doesn't need to defend himself by saying that he never used steriods in his fights. the burden of proof lies on his accuser which in this case is floyd sr. evrything that have been said are all hearsays and speculations, unless sr. provides concrete evidence that pac used roids,

What you talking about Floyds word is bond. Skeptics be amazed and believe the greatness isn't really greatness because it is hard to believe. Manny is just that amazing. Too bad Floyd Sr says it is due to roids and I am dumb enough to believe him.

Because as soon as I started watching the video, the first words i heard were
'In my honest opinion, I believe...."

So, before he even mentioned Pac's name, he took it out of the realm of "accusation" not once, but TWICE. Which, in itself, was pretty shocking to me. FMS is a guy who is pretty reckless with his tongue, and generally disrespectful. But in this instance, he seemed to cover himself pretty well.

The nature of tort is that you have to defame someone. That is an accusation. Defamation is basically a derogatory accusation in the absence of fact. This is derogatory, and there is absence of fact. But there was no accusation. It was clearly an opinion. Clearly. That is a HUGE and fundamental issue.

He expressed an opinion. Which is his First ********* right to do.

I read in the other thread that some posters were encouraging Pac to sue (1. ***** move, and 2. wrong). What was so ironic about that was that the thread starter, by saying that FMS "accused" Pac, was infinitely more guilty of defamation than FMS was.

In a word? No. It does not.

                      Truth.

Opinions are the basis of talk radio, and the op-ed pages. You see and hear derogatory stuff there ALL the time (yeah, Glenn Beck... I'm looking at YOU). But there is little that the aggrieved party can do because - in this country - the speaker is protected.

freedom of speech is the most valued principle the US has.
