Noone is saying Marquez is slow, but when Zab and Floyd fought, Zab was faster than Floyd. he won 4 of first five rounds by being faster with his punches. Floyd couldn't hit Zab without getting hit. Then Zab got tired as usual, and he got abused.

Marquez is slow compared to Zab or Floyd. Both Zab and floyd have faster hands than Pac. Pacs got just as fast feet as Floyd, faster feet than zab.
