Its crazy all these lengths companies are going to just to sanction russian . Ban russian cats from cat shows, ban netflix and games in russia. Now ban russian athletes. Punishing innocent people.
i wonder why they didn't do anything to israel except ********* has no army and barely has any resistance forces...the only one they have is called "*********s" by the western media. Cowards.

Easy to say after you've already earned well over $100 million in your career. This is Bivol's first shot at a big money fight that likely won't come again. It's a once in a lifetime opportunity that he worked his entire life towards. He is not obligated to protest Russia and flush his boxing career down the toilet along with a huge payday.

With too many people coming at Bivol along with Canelo clauses in the contract and rigged cards, his mind will not be in the fight. Just give Canelo the belt and collect the check. I'm assuming they will try to rush the Beterbiev fight now too and load him up with clauses and Russian down his throat distractions. The fraud continues. Worst generation of boxing

I agree with Wladimir. We should start excluding groups of people based on their national origin, skin color, or religious affiliation when other people with that national origin, skin color, or religious affiliation do bad things.

I personally think Floyd Mayweather should have been banned from boxing in 2003 when the U.S. created a lie about WMDs to invade Iraq and kill 1M Iraqis. Floyd Mayweather should not have been allowed to become great because he's an American!

Wait till nightfall, Wladimir is going to gather the squad, big brother Vital and the 'Matrix' Lomachenko and they going to slide on Russian spies. Culero vs. Bivol are canceled in Ukraine!

I doubt even 1% of the Russian population know who Bivol is.

This was supposed to be the same with recycling plastic since the eighties - if every household does it. 40 years later and - micro-plastics are in every living organism including human foetus and even fish 1000 miles from the ocean up the Amazon river. Point being that government level action is always needed either with or without small acts. But little "jabs" will not work without the governments doing everything they can do - and that isn't happening.

It's good that the USA has decided to stop buying Russian oil but European nations still buy Russian oil and gas [the profit funding the war]. Cutting of Russia from SWIFT has not happened - more than 25 of its banks are still connected - in this context, banning boxers makes not a shred of difference to ***** or the Ukrainian or Russian peoples.

... and plus I wanna see the fight - lol.

Totally unfair to hurt innocent sport personalities. So are we going to stop each Russian footballer, Basketball player competing etc. Keep politics out of sport. The US didn't even want Vitali Klitschko in their made up Government. Where was all this passion when Iraq was getting flattend. Let's not talk about the 8% of the Ukraine Army that are basically Neo ****. Some who have been trained to kill from teenagers. This War is horrible. We should not put spotlights on individuals who are innocent and have fought to get to where they are in life and then cast a shadow over them.

You might be right about this. I can see Bivol getting major flack from fans during the events leading up to and including the fight. It might be better to postpone it until after the war.

totally agree and Pac should have been excluded too as the Philipines governments are about as corrupt as can be.
Why was Alexis Arguello allowed to fight during the Sandinistas reign of terror?
