Nobody gives a rat's ass about the governing body rankings. They don't rank fighters best to worst, they rank people following a specific path to their belts.

The real rankings come from independent organizations that rank entire divisions best to worst. TBRB, Ring ****zine, LBC, ESPN, etc.

Marinez beat him soundly but the cards were filled out before the fight. Rollie is probably not top 30 talent wise, maybe not top 50
