Another wrong pick by a hair...

Oh, well - at least I had thrown a fiver on Wood by KO 12 at 51:1

This wasn't an obvious choice for a pick em fight but it just goes to show that fights where the odds are close often make for intriguing dilemma - I likely wouldn't have watched this fight if it wasn't a pick-em but glad I did

I hear ya Steve...been meaning to put aside a few hours all week but I'm one of the world's great putter-offers plus I just been knackered from work. Insulating the shed today but I'm looking for a few hours free this eve to hopefully get the updates at least started.

I probably also need to learn to delegate a little more, to which end.. NC Uppercut Mammoth asgarth could one of you gents find half an hour to go through the upcoming schedules from Boxrec and elsewhere and pick out likely fights for the next 4 or 5 weeks? If you just run up a provisonal list perhaps erring on the side of generousity when picking em then we can have a bit of discussion and whittle it down later aiming for a final average of 1 or 2 each week.

Hell, anyone else wants to run up their own list too it certainly wouldn't hurt... maybe come up with some kinda consensus.

Damn, looking at the scorecards it would have been a draw indeed, if Wood had just won the last round instead of knocking Conlan out.
